A JEM Production was founded by Joanna Budd and Emma Johnston in 2005, we specialise in making a variety of different styled films and have a wide range of experience with both corporate and domestic customers.
Jo and Em have now worked together since 1999. This partnership began at University, where they both gained a FIRST Class degree in Time Based Media.
Straight out of university the pair freelanced and started making films both for corporate customers, as well as getting their own films into various film festivals around the country.
Both of them have worked within the television industry on programmes for Channel 4 and E4.
We use professional broadcast equipment, both in the recording and editing process.
We are 100% committed to all our projects from conception to completion.
Due to our vast experience we have built up the capabilities not only to offer you packages, but also give you the customer the choice to change and adapt the packages we have to suit your own needs. CORPORATE We create both training and promotional
DVDs which
can also be incorporated
into touchscreen
displays and conference
presentations. We also cater for
all audio projects including audio tours, instructional CDs and
audio documentaries to
name a few. Our DVD authoring
service adds
production value to any project with
easy
accessible menus
and chapter points,
tailored to your needs.
WEDDINGS We have broken this service down into packages to give you an idea of what you can have, or alternatively you can create your own package.
PRIVATE FUNCTIONS Parties, Christenings, Sporting activities, Music gigs and any other live events can be filmed, edited and DVD authored.
YOUR HOME VIDEO is a service solely for the domestic customer whom already has footage of a special occasion and either wants it transferred from tape to DVD, or edited and authored onto DVD.
MEDIA TRANSFER is a service for everyone needing footage transferred from one format to another. A table has been created so you can work out the cost. For the more enthusiastic computer user we can also transfer your footage to AVI, enabling you to edit your own footage on your home computer.
EDUCATION We can film specific events, plays, concerts, sports days, etc. We have developed a structured video production teaching plan and all our staff are CRB checked. We can also film and create a promotional DVD to accompany your school prospectus or create funding DVD's if required. A JEM Production can build, develop and maintain a front of house DVD system for all your visitors, guests, prospective parents and students to view when entering your establishment.
